Glolly provides an ecommerce platform that enables businesses to create online stores, manage products, process payments, and handle orders. Our services include website hosting, payment processing integration, inventory management, and related tools designed to help businesses sell online.

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our pricing with reasonable notice.

All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Glolly and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you upload to our platform, but grant us a licence to use, display, and distribute that content as necessary to provide our services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glolly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services. Our total liability for any claims arising from or relating to these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ghana.
